God Damn! (Maximum Motorsports CC Plates)

anybody else put maximum motorsports caster camber plates on their car? I'm in the middle of doing this and on step 10 they tell ya to remove the bushing from the shock and thqat shit is not coming off unless I put pull the whole plastic dust thing out with it and I can't see a way to do that while holding the shock compressed down, so I was like maybe I should take the whole damn shock out but god damn them bottom bolts are on there like god put them on himself the impact wrench is just stripping the bolt and I even tried the pb blaster whatever it is spray crap still didn't do anything... anybody got a solution? should I just cut the bushing out or what?
