Wreck + new GT

Hey guys im new to this site. anyway a few days ago i got into a huge wreck, someone ran a light and hit me doing 75. I was driving a 95 v6 with some mods, the car basically saved my life, and i walked away with a broken wrist. anyway, I just got a 03 GT. What do you guys think. here are some pics of my old car and the new one.

This would do better in the New Members Introductions. I would start a post up there. Put yourself on the members map too.

yea. the car saved my life, i even wrote a letter to ford thanking them. For a 6, that car could run, but yea its nothing like the GT. Only flaw ive found in the car is that ford put in the mach 1000 system, so i lost all my trunk space, not that there wasm uch to begin with, but still.

Hehe, someone else that doesn't want a $2000 stereo system that'll wear out beyond repair in a few years anyway.

Glad to hear that you are alright. The car saved me and my wifes life too about 2 months ago. I had a 6 now I got a GT too! Hope you enjoy the site and........

Looks like you used to have a pretty nice ride. Like the new GT also. What's going to be your first mod? I think it sould be gears and exhaust, do them at the same time because the car will already be in the air.

im probably gonna end up doing an exaust and cai as soon as i get my hands on some money. I had a cai, ported and polished heads, felpro head gaskets, and underdrive pulleys on the 6. She could really boogie. nothing like the gt but gave other 6's a hard time.

Not even any interior stuff?

Glad to hear you made it out OK. From the looks of the car, that crash had to be wicked! Nice to see you didn't decide to get something else, and go GT!!

the interior is actually in halfway decent condition. I have the softer tan cloth seats, and if anyone is inteerestd in anything, once insurance takes a look at the car in 3 weeks or so idont need anything off her. So if your interested let me know.

i am new to the site too, but i am happy to hear how well the mustang safety is. anyway that v8 must feel better. as for upgrades start with making the car breath easier, such as intake and exhaust. i have a 99 gt and am in that process but cash flow is a problem.

Yea same here, between insurance, payments on the car, lack of a job because of school, cash flow gets hard. Luckily my friend hooked me up witht he mufflers because he didnt need them. They were brand new too. And yea, mustang safety is a great thing, i sent a letter to ford and everything praising them. What kind of stang do you have?
