You can fit anywhere from about 265mm wide to 315mm wide tires on a 10.5 inch wide rim. If I were you, go 315. You might as well have the widest tire you can fit so you can get better grip.

nitto 555r's are dr's but they drive excellent in the rain I haven't had one problem with them and I've had them on my car for over a year, they last the longest out of dr's too...

They have a very low tread wear rating, so the more you smoke em the less they last. If you are gonna be beating them up alot you definatly DO NOT want a Drag Radial. Get a nitto 555 or a BFG g-force

I would say so. Get a nice fat tire that has a decent tread rating. Just remember the more rubber you burn off and the more times you get them hot the harder the rubber will get. Harder rubber compound = Less traction.

easy driving, the 555r's get anywhere from 9-12k miles. the summitumo is an ok tire, that is what most guys run on their car. they are the least expensive, and hold up pretty good.

I have the sumitomo 315 on my DD's and thay have very good traction in the rain but onec you put a couple good heat cycles on the tired they get hard as a ROCK... Speaking from experiance..... They do not have good take off traction now but do great burnouts.....lol... My auto lights them up no problem shifting up into 2nd... In the spring I want to get the MT drag radials, I want the dry grip back.... But for burnouts and tearing them appart I would say sumitomo are for you!!!!!!!!!!!!
