BBK Shorties

I have an 02 GT with SLP catted x (full length) and SLP LM2. I am thinking of getting headers but will a different brand such as BBK match up to a SLP mid pipe?

BBK shortys' should match right up with your full X mid. I assume you already have stock shortys' and just want to replace them. Probably slight proformance and sound change. Ceramic Coated!!!! Keep that heat down and away!

I just installed them, no sound difference, def. can tell torque difference at higher rpm's.

The BBk Shorties are the hardest headers I've ever had to install... they sucked.

I did notice a slight change in sound, but no change in power.

I have put 2 of them on cars... did it my self once and paid to have it done once. Labor was $300 and a case of beer.. I took the case of beer b/c it took him almost 2 days to get it and he didn't charge more.

Well I put on the headers and x at the same time, I can tell a difference. And no they are NOT easy to install, dont care what anyone tells you. It would only be easy if the engine was not in the car. Huge PITA,
