Port and Polish
how much hp and torque could i expect from porting and polishing my heads?
is it worth it? how much does it cost?

Probably 25-30 rwhp, plus another 25-30 rwhp if you replace the cams with something made for ported heads. Will probably cost around $2k for heads / cams not including install. A few others here have done it on their PI mustangs, probably have actual dyno results too.
