Cobra gauge cluster

wondering if the 03/04 cobra cluster will plug into my 03gt. i know the speedo will be off due to the 160mph but im just concerned of getting it working right now?

it will bolt up but it won't plug right in.

passive anti theft system.

it's integrated into your GT cluster.

basically put.. your car won't start if you just try to toss the Cobra cluster in there.
you have to take both clusters apart and swap the GT motherboard out with the Cobra's.

ok well i have a friend that works at the ford dealership and could put it on the computer for me. could it be reset like that or do you just have to swap it anyways

a friend at the dealer always works.

I am sure that he could tune it to work correctly.

hey HM, do you know where i can get just the gauge background? i like the glow through look and ive already got the cobra cluster just not glow through.

Who would want a boost gauge in thier cluster if its always going to read 0? I say get a 99 or 01 cluster.

I doubt you could get the stock boost gauge to work, I dont know though. Its probably electronic on the Termis
