hid questions
k i am bout to buy some hid's what kind should i get, do i have to do any wiring to fully install them and wich size should i get 6k or 8k and will i have high and low??

This is a good conversion kit. You can get a new headlight assembly like some people do. This one is dual beam. 8000k gives you a bright white with a bluish tint. Think of the numbers like this, the lower, the whiter.....the higher, the more bluish it will be. 10000k-12000k will start to look purple. 8000k is a great temp. I would recommend it. You do not need to do any additional wiring. It will hook up to what you already have. You just have to make sure you put the ballast in a place where it won't get "jossled" around or get exposed to the elements. Hope this helps. Oh...and it is not recommended you go HID's on projector headlamps. Forgot to mention that. |
