What do you think about the "Berger Panel" on Mustangs?


I dont really know what it's called, we call it a berger panel in f-body world, but its the part of the trunk that people put that black stuff on.

These...

What are your thoughts on these. And I think it looks better without the spoiler. Do you agree?

It looks good on white cars

I had one.

and it's called a black out panel or rear honeycomb panel.

i dont really like the blackout panel. i like the roush, 03-04 cobra, and gt spoilers

I tried the decal package the first time around. It came out like shit. I finally just painted it and it came out great.

They sell the honeycomb panel at AM, but its $180.

I simply went to a sign shop and got a large sheet of black matte vinyl for $10 and put it on mine. Came out much cleaner then the honeycomb IMO.

I think they look great! It's a nice appearance mod that isn't 'gaudy' or stand out too much. Very subtle and clean.

I vote for no pulling your spoiler off, but if you feel that you must than black out the rear.

That's what I mean. I think it looks pretty tough with no spoiler and the blackout panel.
