vortech install

started the car for a couple of minutes today. it was running rich and idling rough. I put 42lb injectors in with the install. would running rich make it idle very rough to or should I be looking for some other reason. I am not going to drive it until I get it tuned. it has a predator performance tune now. any suggestions from previous experiences ?

Its because there is no tune on it...

You need to get it tuned and it will be all good after that...

It will run like poop until then and will run extremely rich...

Been there done that...We forgot to sand the connectors in the PCM down to copper and so the tune was not taking...It sucked...

Thats only if you are running a chip for the tune...If you are not running a chip then you dont need to...

Well just dont drive it unless you have to...

You will hose it up...

How far is the tuner from you?

Are you going to buy an XCAL2 or get a chip?
