water pump install
hey im wondering if replacing my waterpump/thermostat is easy... from what i know its just removing belt, unbolting pully, draining fluid(mine is new i want to save), take off water pump, replace thermostat, put new gasket and water pump on, rebolt pully. is this correct? also where and how do i drain fluid from?
FYI i did do a search for this and didnt come up with anything |

yea and theres a bolt on th bottom of the water pump housing you cant see, and make sure you clean the water pump gasket area up, it can be a little nasty, the thermostat is straight forward, and if you want to test your thermostat, put it in some boiling water, but there not expensive, and also make sure the bolts you take out go back in the right hole, they can be diffrent lengths
