you should still be able to get it and take it to an SCT tuner in your area and have them write you a tune for a 150 shot of spray. the way i read it, AM can write you a tune, but only up to 100hp...

You just can't get a sight unseen tune for more than a 100 shot. It is to cover their asses. The eliminator chip is what I ordered. If you are gonna run a 150 shot you will have to go to the dyno to get them to do it. Or you can just run 2 stage colder plugs and see if that gets you in the range you want. their mail order 100 shot will most likely be safe enough just to run 2 stage colder plugs and be good. But I wouldn't bet my motor on it.

Yeah, 150 is a big shot and is best tuned on the dyno. Is the fuel system up to the task, or did you add a small nitrous fuel cell for a wet shot?

Running a big wet shot on a returnless fuel system is a BAD idea unless you have a dedicated nitrous fuel system. No decent tuner will attempt to tune it. There will be a huge lean spike as the nitrous hits and sucks the fuel rail dry before the fuel pump can catch up. Wet kits work much better on return style cars, or even better yet with a dedicated fuel cell.

That is partly true. The key is to know your fuel pump load under wot, and keep an eye on the AFR. If you are gonna run a big shot, think about tapping the fuel line before the pressure regulator and putting a independent regulated line to the fuel solenoid. People run 150 shots on stock rails with the nitrous tapped of the schrader valve all the time. you just need to keep an eye on the AFR. Running a 150 shot and doing some bolt ons you are gonna need a pump before you know it so just plan on that.

The problem is returnless cars have no regulator and its all controlled by a feedback loop between the FRPS and the pump. It does not react quick enough for the initial hit and they get "confused" when you suck out an extra 20-30% without the ECU expecting it. If you tap off the fuel rail on a return style car its no big deal because the regulator can add fuel nearly instantly and the fuel pump does not change its operation at all.
