-Turn car keys to power up but not start the car.
-Wait till the seatbelt light goes out (about 8-10 seconds)
-Put the seat belt buckle on and off 3 times
-Turn your park lights on once
-Put your buckle on and off 7-10 times till the seatbelt light flashes rapidly
-Once the seatbelt light stops flashing
-Put the seatbelt on
-Start up your vehicle

Should be it

No offence, but you're going to feel a whole lot more tied up in a hospital bed with tubes coming out all over and casts on X number of appendages.

If he doesn't want to where it its his buisness...your not his mama! why does when people ask this question everyone has to put their input in on wearing your seatbelt, if he wanted to wear it he wouldn't be asking this question.

Will that turn the tone off that comes on when the keys are in and door is open?

its his bussiness until he wrecks and rescue has to respond and put there lives in danger and then have to pull him out of the windshield, and then his family has to deal with the fact there family member is all banged up in a hospital and if he would have wore his belt he wouldnt be that bad off
