send it to superchips and pay them around $150.00 and they will unlock it.
it's not the best tuner.. just an fyi

Achieving more N/A power!

I take it you're buying a used one? If that's the case, I would say that the amount of money you'll spend buying a used one and unlocking it, you should just buy a new one. The SCT XCal2 is a beter chip these days anyway.
