Hey whats up, So how much?

Torque or HP will a Tuner add?
My friend has a Super chip one, and he said he was willing 2 sell it 2 me for 80 bucks i was wondering how much it will add, My 03 GT needs a new toy..

Oh by the way, Just got back from cruising, Just killed another ricer..2 Hatchbacks..Nice lil late night snacks..

depends om your mods and who tunes it...is it SCT X cal 1?... it could add anywhere from 5- 10 HP on a stock one...wont see much gain without a tune from a tuner

No, its a Super chip tuner, thats the brand SUPERCHIPS

oh ok.. thought so... well im not sure how many parameters those can change, but im assuming about the same...buy it..if its no good then you lose 80 bucks... no biggy

i personally have ran the superchips, hypertech, and the diablo. i love the diablo the most and recommend it. i didnt care for the other 2, and couldnt tell any difference at all. they are a chip set up pretty much, there just isnt any adjustabilty.

you can adjust the shift points and some other stuff with the Super chips tuner he has do you think its even worth it?

Hey man go for it, for $80 i would try it, if you don't like it sell it, i'm sure you would have no problem getting your money back from it. Do you have a model number for it, go check out all the specs on their website, compare it to other tuners.

i bought mine for $100 and the guy before me had it already set so once i installed it was a BIG DIFFRENCE! buy it and you'll notice the diffrence

we pulled the diablo off my car and ran a tune on doc's auto mach, it ran like a totally different car.

Doesnt it need to be tuned to your car? and it wont add that much

huh? the programmer holds its own tune, it tunes the car. an auto takes to tuning so much better than manuals.

Definately buy it!! Just make sure that he puts his factory tune back on is car(removed from the handheld), so the tuner will work on yours.

id have to go with superchips... funny little tidbit about my dad (who like me, is a car nut). we have a 96 windstar that my dad does not enjoy, since hes used to v8s. so he went out and got a superchip put in the van.. then he would race ricers lol. scary thing is that van can beat integra's with basic bolt-ons ( back seats out of course)

Superchips tuners will only work on stock cars. If you plan on modding in the future go with a SCT or diablo.

Hmmm..im probably going to end up buying it then, i mean its only 80 bucks ya know and it sounds like it can and will add a bit more torque and a bit more adjustability
