very wierd exhaust sound need help

im workin on gettin a vid of this up right now. i was hammering it on the highway up to about 120, when i came back to normal cruising speed, i notice my exhaust sounded WAYYY different. i got out and looked at everything that i could see. everything seemed ok. you can hear like an exhaust wooshing popping sound right up near the manifold only on the pass side, no real decrease in power just a wierd loud noise , could this be the stock manifold gasket? god i hope not. or could it be the flange gasket

Loose exhaust manifold or clogged cats? Gently bang on the cats and see if they rattle.

it was where the header meets the mid pipe, that flange gasket was gone and the bolts had vibrated loose, i guess i got the gasket in upside down last time or something, either way 8 bucks from ford got the gasket and all is well, i also adjusted my tips and the look sexy now, thanks for the input guys

good lord. I hope its not that. if thats the case, get that fixed RIGHT AWAY! you could burn a valve.

dantheman...what is on the car is from ford, al oe parts, insurance money is nice

my body man got them, i saw the ford boxes. i would have done aftermarket and had money to play with, i believe the bumper was coming from mustangs unlimited, and the hood was coming from LMR, or the other way around, there are several extra pieces that you dont think about, new pigtails for the fogs, the grille kit for the cobra, yes there is one back there, the stand alone emblem of your choice, bezels for fogs. but all in all its worth it, sorry i dont have exhast figures, i can get what he paid for them off the body shop reciept if you want
