Need Help Please, Ignition Or Fuel Problems?

Heres my problem my car breaks up real bad at about 2800 rpm sounds like crap then levels out after that. I had 19lb injectors when my new engine was assembled. Then I had it dyno tuned and 30lb injectors installed and still the same problem. I had TR6's in with the 19lb injectors and then TR55's with the 30lb. injectors. Took those out and put in Autolite Platinums and no change.
Could it be a backpressure problem or lack thereof? I've got longtubes w/slp x-pipe,freeflowing cats and loudmouth II's catback. Before the new engine build and without the longtubes the car ran fine. I'm stumped!

FYI I have an 02 GT n/a with 10.5:1 forged internals,bigcams,ported heads,long tubes,75mm tb & plenum,30lb injectors,3000 stall,4.10's
Any ideas would be GREATLY Appreciated.
