SANDBLASTER!!!!!! J/K

Try some aircraft remover and take it to the car wash, or take it to your local machine shop and have it vatted. Good parts cleaner and some scrubbing should do the trick.

i bet a low concentration of acid would work well...i work at a truck wash and we have acid to clean the aluminum rims and it works pretty good( just enough to pull the film off)...i cant remember what kind of acid it is, but ill check in on it
