fuel pressure gauge reading?

What is it suppose to read at? I just want to make sure that its working right? Mine is reading around 30psi constantly, and recently jumped to 40 psi. It will vary when acceleration and downshift but i was just wondering

FP should be 39.5psi - vacuum in psi (~= "/2) or plus boost. So at idle and 20" vac (~10psi) it should be ~30psi. At WOT (NA) is should be 40. At WOT (with 10psi) is should be 50.

Many electronic gauges suck (even $$$ ones). I switched to a mechanical gauge with an isolator and its WAY faster to respond and dead on too.
