dyno tune or downloaded custom tune

hey guys I just ordered steeda underdrive pullies and I am done with my bolt-ons. I have an SCT X-Cal 3 thats only used for to recalibrate my speedo. I think I wanna do some dyno pulls and dyno tunes...
Is my handheld going to save my tunes? Or is it not worth the dyno and I should instead get a custom tune from a legit tuner?

I've got my x3. I did my own tune and it was pretty damn good. A dyno tune is always good idea. If your dyno guy has the sct software the x3 will store the custom tunes he makes for you. If you adjust your own settings it will save em for ya. Thats what I did. I adjusted my spark, fuel, shift pressures, It will have an option for the aftermarket intakes and Maf's if you got em.

I would just use the tune on the xcal. Its not worth the money for a custom tune because it will be very similar to the tune you already have. You can datalog a bit and see if anything needs a slight tweak.
