PA Laws...
It looks like Pa just adopted the CA emissions laws. Is anyone familiar with them? How is this going to limit my mod ability?

as long as its got a carb id number on it it should be fine alot of companys make parts for all 50 states that are legal

I'm not sure if there will be 'grandfathering' or not, but dang - will I be able to drive a Shelby? In the back of my mind I've been planning on keeping my 02 for a while, then going for the new Shelby in a couple of years. It's just crazy. I walk to work every day, yet can't have a fun car for the weekends?
