Pypes 409 off-road x-pipes

Hey guys, new to the board and cant seem to stay away.

Quick question, I just ordered the pypes 409 off-road x-pipe for my 02 mustang Gt and i wanted to know if anyone has used this brand? If so, how do they sound, and did i get a good brand?

I got the car used and it came with Flowmaster exhaust.

Thank You.

O/R x with flows sounds great. I have Pypes brand o/r h on my 06 and couldnt be happier with it. Got an o/r x and flows on my 98, love it.

I get my x-pipes today. it has been a long week of waiting after watching all those vids posted in the thread. The guy at my local muffler shop said he will charge $40 to install them for me. Can't wait until this afternoon.

40 bucks isnt a bad price, but you could do it yourself. It's very simple to do.

Yeah, I could, but i don't have the tools or place to do it.

I would like to do it myself, I love working on my car, but this one has to go to the shop.

Have it and love it, even have the flowmasters too. But i dumped mine and it gave it a more deeper tone at idle.
