engine jumping around bad :[

i took my car to the shop yesterday to have my headers installed and after i got it back,..when you hit the gas and try to accelerate it jumps and almost hesitates,.....any ideas of what is going on

I'm no pro on this but all I can think of is after the header installation, the timing needs to be done because the car can breathe and burn the fuel like it wants but can't somehow atomize or the timing needs to be done again to distribute the extra hp you free'd up.

Like I said I'm no pro, just my cents.

were they long tube headers? if so, it's probably due to the fact that your O2 sensors are further away from the engine, so they need a little longer to warm up. i've heard of people having those kinds of issues after having lt's installed. get it tuned...

nah it was my spark plugs not getting enough gas
i went back to stock plugs and runs perfect
