spoiler is less than 5lbs.

spare tire and jack is about 50lbs. the rear seat is about 60lbs or more including brackets (but you dont want to take it out). the front seat pass. side (without motor) is about 50 lbs, and with motor is about 70 lbs. you carpet and sound deadening is heavy, but if you want to maintain a street appearance, you may have to resort to removing dead weight elsewhere on the car, not the interior

for weight reduction at the track you can; remove passenger and rear seats and brackets, trunk panels and lining, spare tire and brace with jack, remove front swaybar, hood insulator, passengerside headlight, change over to a dyna-batt, a/c delete, smog and egr delete, tublar k-member and tublar a-arms, lighter wheels, remove radio, lighter supsension and drivetrain parts.

There is so much you can do to lighten the car all the way to about 2700 pounds, but it just depends on how you drive the car with the creature comforts. But if you want just a quick thing for running at the track,
Front swaybar, rear seat, spare tire and jack, passenger seat. If you are looking to gut it pm me and i will give you a long list of things to do, cause my car now weights about 2750

I got my car down to ~3100 with me in it. I weigh 240.

List of things I took out:

Scraped all rubber sound deadner off floor boards

Cut out the front and rear impact beam

Removed the ABS unit and switched to manual breaks with 99+ alum. calipers

Removed the rear seat and made a rear seat delate with 1/4" fiber board and marine carpet.

Cut out the impact beams from inside the doors.

Got rid of the power windows and locks (swaped in manual setup form a v6 car)

Took the "backing" off of the new carpet before installing.

Removed spare tire, jack, etc.

Removed all the Air Bag equipment.

Switched to a manual steering rack

Removed the AC.

Installed a UPR chrome moly K member and coil over kit

Ditched the factory sway bars.

there are many things to do, you can buy so many light products to reduce wieght. such as light driveshafts, seat removals, or racing seats that are also lighter.(i keep my spare tire incase of emergancy, stranded for hours isnt worth 50lbs.) you could get a lighter hood. alloy or lighter weighing rims. stripped interior.
so much to list
