can somebody give me step by step instructions on installing long tube headers on my 01gt, i wanna go with bbk ceramic coated

same here... took us 9 hours (3 people) and we also upgraded my motor mounts while we were at it
If i had to do it over again, i would just go ahead and drop the k member

omg,i'm so glad i own a fox. all i had to do was unbolt the old mani's without removing anything else from the engine or surrounding areas. now all i have to do is bolt on my new headers when i get them
