Exactly What Does A A.C. ELIMINATOR KIT And Will Changing The Throttle Body to 70MM Make A Significant Increase In Horsepower

the ac eliminator kit eliminates the AC compressor thus gaining back some of that parasitic HP that is lost

so disables my Air Con? And I Do have the stock throttle body if i installed the 70mm would it change my gas milage and i have a 2003 Mustang Gt

Yes, your A/C would no longer be available. The compressor would be removed completely. As for fuel mileage, I don't think a slightly larger TB would affect it too much. It might actually help, much in the same way a cool air intake would help, but I'm not too sure. Either way, it's not going to kill your mpgs.
