Air Conditioner Eliminator kit. And no a TB will not make a sig diff in an otherwise stock car.

the ac eliminator kit eliminates the AC compressor thus gaining back some of that parasitic HP that is lost

plus you will get rid of some weight when you lose the compressor.

so disables my Air Con? And I Do have the stock throttle body if i installed the 70mm would it change my gas milage and i have a 2003 Mustang Gt

Yes, your A/C would no longer be available. The compressor would be removed completely. As for fuel mileage, I don't think a slightly larger TB would affect it too much. It might actually help, much in the same way a cool air intake would help, but I'm not too sure. Either way, it's not going to kill your mpgs.
