just installed 3 piece grill delete kit


just installed 3 piece grill delete kit and it looks awesome.but my hood takes a lil longer to close. instead of just letting it go i have to push it . any suggestions why?

Just an adjustment prob, if you removed the latching mec, see if you can line it up a little better.

i didnt have to remove the latch mec when i did mine so i'm not sure, but i've always had to push mine down also to shut it, maybe just a precaution thing

+1 on adjustment problem, either the latch or if it seems like its just too hard to close it might be the bumpers...take a good look there are only 3 places to adjust it

it seems to be sitting flush. one side of the hood might be slightly sitting higher tho. it closes just not the same as before

yeah adjust it at the latch....and then make it sit flat from by adjusting the bumpers
