Curiosity

Just out of curiosity, i wanted to know how we run against 350's. My friend has an 86 monte carlo with a rebuilt 350, high flow air filter, performance carb, B and M hammer shifter and a straightpipe exaust setup. I dont have too many mods to my car yet, because i just got it, but im running a windsor built 03 GT with an intake and H pipes with flowmaster. So yea, im just curious as to what would happen if we raced. Any ideas?

there are to many variables inside his motor to say how it runs. what kinda times does it pull? i had an old ex buddy who had one similar to that and it ran low 15

He never took it to the track. I know that his rebuilt engine is a completely stock 350, besides the carb and air filter.

Oh and i also wanted to know one more thing. Ive been htinking about getting a UPR AOD Shifter with the overdrive button relocation kit. How hard is the install on the overdrive relocation,, because ive heard stories about people messing up. I found the shifter for a kickass price too.

What im worried about is that its 60-70 bucks everywhere else, and these guys have it for 24.95. It may be one of those too good to be true deals. How do you think it would look anyway?

yea it def is, One of the reasons i quit my old job as a mechanic was because my boss would screw too many people over. But that was a BS job, i was a senior in HS making 12 bucks an hour running a shop, not too shabby. I would literally open up th shop, my boss would stop in for an hour or two, then leave for the day, leaving the shop to me. Thats where i worked on my old V6. But i had to leave so i could do school full time for law
