Leaking Again

Well my headers are leaking again! Right now I have Percy's seal for good gaskets. A guy at a local shop told me to go back to the stock gaskets. I remember how thin they were and don't see them fixing the problem. This will be my 4th set of gaskets.
1.copper Horrible!
2. Percy's seal for good
3.graphite gaskets out of a hot rod magazine
4.Percy's seal for good with copper spray
What do ya'll think?

I reused my old gaskets and studs and everything has been great for over a year and half now.

i/m sure there leakin from the flange and there pretty thick. It sounds like its only the driver side, which is the on I've had a problem with the whole time. BBK even exchanged the header for me and it still leaks.

BBK's flange is 3/8" thick.
