they will fit,i have 275,40 on my 17x9 rims.

were you asking if the rim is big enough?or if the tire is to small for the rim?the tire may be to small and look stretched but it will fit.

It will fit, but like said before, it's a bit on the small side. A 275 is the perfect fit for a 9 inch.
