Just Noticed Today When Cleaning My Bros Car Out For Storage

I turned the key backwards so i can get the radio playing, and had to turn it down to hear what my dad was saying to me and heard the factory 6 disc changer cycling thru the discs trying to find 1 to play even tho there wasn't one in it. I tried to hit the eject or load button and it would initialize but it wouldn't open for the cd, can anyone help me out?
would i just cut the power to it to reset it or what should i do to stop it from cycling thru?

I have had some problems with mine too but all you should need to do is take the battery terminals off for a second and then put them back in. This should reset it.

thats what i was thinking... ill do it tomorrow before i head to work since im driving his while my 6er is getting some work done
