well i just put a pro 50 on yesterday and it took less than a half hour.its really one of the easiest mods and best ones.the pro 50 is real short but i love it and its really easy to power shift and im not worried about missing a gear anymore.

i paid 199 from jegs cause they got the fastest free shipping i have found so far.i know you can get it for 170-180 if you look around.i heard good things about the steeda also but ive never used one.i heard its not as shortt as the pro 50 but its real smooth.ask mdvaldosta i am pretty sure he has that shifter.

I love my Steeda Triax. The throws are not as short as a Pro5.0 but it's got a better feel.

Love my Tri ax as well. I would suggest you get a gasket from CobraBob instead of using RTV when installing it. I used one and have very little vibration noise which is common with aftermarket shifters.

I paid 110 for the Summit Short Throw shifter and am content with it. Very short throw, easy install, and less expensive. (shockingly similar to B&M...hmmmmm.....) It was stiff when first installed but has since lossened up and feels great now. While you are in there you mine as well change your tranny fluid for good measure.

I would shoot for a tri-ax...

They are adjustable so if you want the lever lower you can adjust it to be as such...

I just put a hurst short throw shifter in my 03- I also got the hurst classic shift lever with the T-handle and rubber accordian boot. This thing looks slick and shifts even slicker. I would recommend this setup to anyone.

BTW: 03gtdgs, I will be shipping your shifter knob Tues. morning...
