stage 2 blower cams or wheels???

topic. i am luck y to have a kool dyno tune shop about 25 minutes from me. so im thinking about getting blower cams before i get my rims. what do yall thing? they coast about the same. but i do have to by valve springs for the headers.

when it say to support up to 600hp, do i have to get stage 3 blower cams?? how much is 550 hp enough to get in the 10's in th 1/4 mile?

you dont need 550 hp to get into the 10s... you can have 350 with the right suspension.. with cams you need heads for them attually perform good.. with cams come a shit loat of labor you gotta pay most people charge like 400 to but them in plus you gotta buy gaskets and all new bolts

yea i c what you saying. cams 600, springs, 270, install for em, prolly 400. and tune is 500. and if i get a supercharger later thas 4000, plus 600 for the tune for the supercharger. damn this shit aint cheap. good thing im not trading it in for anything

A lot of people are going to say go for the "go" before the "show". I went for the show before the go and have no regrets. I would rather drive a sharp looking car everyday than a stock looking one that kicked ass(knowing I would have both someday). it actually kept my interest in my car. fi you are all about the track then go for the cams first,if you care more about the "cruise in's" go for the rims

call me stupid but after watching the fast and the furious, when they fucked up that nice eclipse( my first favorite car) i kinda dont wanna go nitrious. it is unlikely my car will blow up but i just dont wanna do nitrous
