I would go with VT Stage 1 or 2 heads...Are you N/A? Are you planning ons taying N/A?

With heads and cams I think ti would be a possibility to see that kind of number...

well if i cant get a good deal on a supercharger then im going to do the heads and cams and a 100 shot just to spray at the track. i figure i will be at a safe hp level with that if i just spray at the track.if i supercharge it then i will definitely be getting forged internals.

You can spray a 100 shot...Its all in the tune...If you can get the car dyno tuned for the nitrous you should have no problems even on the all stock motor...

patriot has fixed there problems that they had in the past. that doesnt mean that little screw ups still dont happen, but thats the same with everyone. vt doesnt make a perfect stuff, niether does shm, or dss. i went a vt stage 2. if your looking to save moeny, go with the patriots, and get some comp cams. i knwo several peeps who are running patriot heads and none of them have had any complaints. i know a guy who has a set on his lightning with a couple other mods and i making close to 600 rwhp

I guess it all depends...

I think Patriot would stand behind their heads though...

I have had a few people have them fail...

But you can get bad parts from anywhere...No ones perfect...

Im sure some people have great luck with them though...

I've got the Patriot Stage II's with Comp EX278AH's and they seem fine.
Plenty of Power. I'm not sure exactly what I got out of those two mods as I did some others at the same time. Namely a DSS Pro Mod sb with 10:5/1's.

>>>Warning DO NOT put the EX278AH's in a stock engine.<<<

I hope this helps in some way.

Patriot Performance got a bad rep a couple years ago, quality control issues were a problem but they've been real good lately from what I've heard. VT Engines makes some great stuff, you pay for it too though...
