Hi,
Need info on how to install the pulley. Do I use the spacer provided with the Procharger?
And does the side on the pulley with the size stamped on it go towards the engine, or the blower?
I've had my pulley off several times. It's been a while and I didn't remember a spacer so I went out and look. Yes, there is a spacer between the pulley and the seal. The number goes to the outside (toward motor when a CCW S/C is mounted on the passenger side). You will need an impact wrench to get the pulley nut off.
If you are taking the entire bracket off it is very important to remember where all spaces go. Pulley alignment is critical.
Perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Spacer and direction on pulley all play a role in belt alignment and I didn't want to screw it up.
Thanks again.
