this might sound ghetto but it has worked for me in the past...get the socket that fits the best on there and put a rag or paper towel between it then tap it down with a hammer and try that... if its a small bolt it shouldnt take that much torque to get it off..

then buy new bolts with the same thred form homedepot that have a regular size head on it..

you can use pb blaster on the screw that holds the cop...the cop is a sealed device.

Crescent wrench...channel locks....anything. I worked as a front end and alignment tech for 3 years. I have removed bolts with no head at all. If you have any mechanical experience, surely you'll get it done.

why would PB blaster go into the head? There is a spark plug down there that will hold it back, and it wont go into the cylinder. just use a small amount.
