ok so i know my tobs bad so im gonna get a spec stage1 kit i was told i should get my flywheel machined but should i do that or just buy a new one like Ford Racing M-6375-D46 - Ford Racing Flywheels - summitracing.com what will fit do i need to do all this what i dont know

Why do you say that? But if thats the case, he needs to find out if he has a 6 or 8 bolt crank. That one he has a link to is a 6er.

Not all the windsors had 8 bolts.......supposedly some had 6. I dont think there is anyway to tell without taking the clutch off.

yeah my buddys 00 GT has a 8 bolt crank.... we found that out when we went to replace his clutch

Both the 00 engines Ive seen have had 8 bolts.
