PMP Customer service blows...?

im trying to order the parts to fix my tranny since i broke the 3/4 shift fork...i know Pro Motion Powertrain makes awesome products...BUT thier customer service blows...i called and essentially said i know you make the best products for a T-45, here is my money, send me what i need...their reply..."well you should call tomorrow sometime we are busy now" followed by walt hanging up on me...i have tried to call and reach wally, all i get is a receptionist/secretary he is always"busy", WTF!!! is it always like this? and is there any where else i can get some good parts asap...i need to fix this tomorrow
