4:10 speedo, tuner question
So, im putting 4:10's in tomorrow and i know the speedo will be of 7-8+ mph give or take. If i know someone with a tuner for 99-04 GT can i use it to fix the speedo or do i have to have my own tuner.
Basically, can i just plug someone else tuner in an fix the speedo being off? Thanks for any info! MM |

The tuners are VIN locked, so you will either need a speedcal (dallasmustang) or a tuner of your own. My MPH's were off by almost 15 mphs till i corrected it.

Ok, well thats good to know. Damn 15?? Looks like a tuner is in my very near future! I guess its probably a good idea to have one anyway if your modding the car.
Thanks man! |
