mustang windshield decal

Well my car is washed and ive had the "mustang" decal to put on the front windshield for a few months and todays finally a good day to do it. All i want to know is how exactly to put it on. It peels off but has a wax paper type of material on the front. Do you stick it on the window, wet the paper and then peel the paper off? the only kind ive ever delt with have been static cling. It didnt have instructions or anything. Its the banner from american muscle.

you need windex for it

spray the windex all over the sticky side of the decal and on the windshield where you plan on putting it
then put the decal on the window (spraying it before hand allows you to maneuver the decal on the window) then you use a squeegee to get all the bubbles out and to stick it to the glass firmly
