ehhh i bought mine cause i got a good deal on it here, its a MAC straight shot(metal tubing) and works fine,but i didnt buy a cold air intake for performance,i just bought for the pure looks of it,LOL,but i soon will upgrade to a JLT!

Yea, big +1 about the metal soaking up heat. Also, if you are planning a s/c in the future, this mod will have to go.
