they might cause i was gonna get a 460 into my 98 but decided to go for 02-04 gt or 03-04 cobra instead. good luck.

It will fit...But not with just MINOR modifications...Thats quite a tall order...Its just not getting the motor to fit...You also have to get a tranny to hold the power...a rear-end to hold the power...and upgrade the suspension to handle the weight and power...

You would be better off with a 400+ cubic inch small block unless you have a ton of money for a big block project.
