Torque Lose?


will i lose torque if i go with a o/r h mid pipe on mustang and also with it be the same as if i go with a high flow catted mid pipe as far as sound and performance will if be any lose of torque with it also thanks for the help

dyno results show only 1-3 hp loss with high flow cats. you will have better bottom end torque with cats but will gain top end power without them. i was able to notice the difference on mine. as far as sound there wasnt to much difference in soound just a little louder between o/r and catted.

You will lose alittle bit of tq but gain hp...Well I know you do on the x-pipe at least...

The h-pipe should be about the same...

I prefer the o/r if you can get away with it...

if your going for performance you might as well go all the way and say fuck emisions, anyways you live in tx, theyre not bad about it.
