Stewart Pump?


I have been hearing about the stewart pump and making some decent horse for short money (like $150) has anyone done this mod??

I just put one on mine but i havent been able to drive it yet, doc talks a lot about them and he has nothing but good things to say

nah the one they are talkin about isnt electric, basicly a performance replacment that only takes up 3hp to run

and i hear good things quality wise

Its designed by Sean Hyland and EMP/Stewart components. It is a mechanical pump and it is a great mod. It draws only 3hp and that is at 6k rpm. It was a very nice gain on my Mach. For the money and reliability I think it is a better bang for you buck than the electric. Last time I talked to them they where talking about making one for the 3v's, don't know if/when that will happen.

I like the centerforce. a little noisy, but it grips very well especially at high rpm

I did this on my 2V along with pullies and an x-pipe and an aluminum drive shaft my rwhp jumped 21whp and 28 wheel torque. The x-pipes and the drive shaft did a little of that work the other two did the rest, great mod and great price. Stewart's FTW!
