need help on how to do a few things. injectors, ect..
well someone stole my haynes manual at school so i dont have one anymore. what i need to know how to take the injectors out and the best way to clean them. and what does a p1100 code mean, i know it means mass air flow sensor intermitent, but what does that mean and how do i fix it. and last, how can i fix a vacuum leak, the red line goin into the plenum/intake has a small crack in it and it caused it to throw a vacuum leak code. thanks in advance for any help, i appreciate it.

to remove the injectors just unscrew the fuel rails and remove the injectors, if you want to clean them then just buy some lucas fuel system cleaner and try that and you won't have to remove them. the mass air flow sensor problem just get some maf cleaner and clean the inside of it. Vacuum either go get another vacuum harness, or tape it up.

do i have to relieve the pressure in the fuel system or do anything to the fuel system before i take the fuel rails off?

just pop it off, yes fuel will spill out but it evaporates.
