I think i might have found an answer hehe
If you need dirt cheap mil eliminator simply go to local Napa store and purchase 2 packages of spark plug non fouler adapters pt# 730-2442 just give them the part number and make them find it for you as you probably will not know what to look for. Each box has 2 non fouler adapters in it. Simply screw the 2 together so you have 2 sets then you need a drill press to drill an oversize hole in the big end so that you can screw your o2 sensor into it (rear ones) What this does is pull the o2 sensor out of the direct path of the exhaust so that the sensor is fooled into thinking the cat is still there. Takes a minute to drill out and the adapters are around $3.50 each pack and best of all this method will work on every car under the sun. If you only need one then only buy one package. do not remember of hand the drill bit size but simply get a size bigger then the outside diameter of the O2 sensor

if you do find them the price is going to be jacked up on them since they're "illegal"
