Need Some Help Guys... (Buying A Procharger)

OK, so I got an offer from someone for a Procharger P-1SC setup. It will go on my '99 GT.

It was bought from Texas Hot Rods last year, and he said it has been used for approximately 3000 miles. It comes with all hardware, a 2 core intercooler, a superchip, and 2 bottles of s/c oil. Attached are some pics that he sent me.

It came off his 2003 GT that he recently traded in. He's offering me $2500 for it. First off, will it fit? I will probably call Procharger tomorrow and ask about it. Is it a good deal in your opinion?

If I get it I will probably upgrade to a sheet metal intercooler, and also send the unit off to Procharger to get inspected.

the 99-01 vs the 01-04 uses a different idler setup. you need to know if the bracket is for a 99-01 car. if its off a 03 the idler will not work with yours.
