ok picked up my car last night, anyone that read my last post about this knows i was looking at an 04' w/ 45k on the clock for $13,290.... well last night i bought an 02' w/ 17k on the clock for 12,900... i thought it was a better deal

bone stock with the exception of the short throw and cobra wheels

im excited, giggidy!

p.s. car is in my avatar and another pic in the garage

p.s.s. $379 a month for insurance, ouch!

haha nice, yea im under 25 and 2 speeding tickets... they all say its because i dont have credit/insurance HISTORY! i havent had my own insurance for a few years now, when i had my foxbody insured it was under my fathers inurance... so thats why they say i have to bend over while they go elbow deep up my ass and root around for their money once a month

things are a little bit different now, especially in new york

u shouldn't base insurance premiums on what u used to pay..... each driver is dif, and has a dif history

still doesnt matter i had 1 ticket for speeding and one no insurance still my insurance was only 145 and i was 19 at the time not married either..

what inurance company did you go through? i looked for hours and settled on "unitrin"? never heard of it but they were the cheapest i found

There are other factors in determining insurance rates besides the drivers record, age and the car. Because he has never had his own insurance before, he will pay extra. The miles traveled to and from work/school is also a factor. And then finally, the zip code you live in is also a factor. So comparing one's insurance rate to another's is not always an accurate measuring stick.

im 23 had a dui two years ago im paying 200 a month with full coverage
