Cobra Brake Upgrade?

I was looking at these
Ford Racing Cobra Front Calipers - For 94-04 Mustangs - StangSuspension.com and it says "Note - Front hoses required for brake upgrade from GT or V6."

I just wanted to get a clarification of somebody else who bought these if they needed anything else? besides rotors and the hoses...

So that's all I'll need to buy to upgrade the front brakes?

you know how you can take just your caliper off when changing your brakes but you
want to change your rotors you have to take off that extra bracket? that's the one you need.
