heads from a 94 mark VIII

I have an 01 gt sohc with nothing major done to it yet. I was lookin around at the junk yard yesterday just to see what I could find and came along a 4.6 dohc in a 94 mark VIII that was in pretty good cosmetic shape. Price is only $150 for the whole engine. I was wondering if someone knew if these heads would swap over to my car or if I might have some trouble given the big gap in years. I understand a lot more than the heads will be needed but I dont want to go spend the money if the heads themselves wont even bolt up.

you would be better off just buying heads that fit on your car, say aftermarket 2v

hope you have a big pocket book, alot of time to fix problems, and a pretty good mechanic ability if you want to swap a mark motor into a mustang
