first i had sumotumo(however you spell them lol) they did ok in the rain.. did pretty good on the street till i put my stall in... wit the kdws 22psi when im about to race somebody, heat them up good, stall up to 2500 and dead hook i love them.. and i have done a shit load of burn outs on my and they still look new... just be sure when you go race at the track or something drop them to about 20lbs and heat the shit out of them and you are good like chicken in the hood..lol

koool, haha. oh just another question, whats THE most high performance summer tire i can possibly buy that has sizes like 295/35/18 and 265/35/18.

kuz i may be able to get a deal on certain brands. i looked at potenza RE-01R's but they done have my size. any others?

doesnt matter the price, as long as its good for the street and will give me decent treadware.

also what if i ran a 265/35/18 in front and a 295/30/18 in back? would that be wierd?

i dont think you can get a 295/30/18... i dont run 35s up front they would rub if i did.. you really dont have to go that tall in the front..

i was looking at a bunch of different tire and i cant find a 265/30/18 or anything close to that width with that 30 height.

i'm leaning towards the michelin pilot sport ps2's. 265/35 and 295/35

my bad dude i have 245/40s on the front of my car.. i forgot i changed rims...lol..and 295/35 on the back.. but my front or sumotomos and they run small so it really doesnt look like a 40.. i will send you post some pics on here in about 10 mins to show you.. i dont like running wide tires on the front dont see the purpose to me.. but a 255 on the front is really perfect

i have the eagle F1's they are good tires, noise is loud though, i kind of hate it, sounds like my rear end is grinding from the road noise, they hook really well in the dry, it works okay in the rain, if i was too do it again i would go cheaper, but if your looking for one of the best tires, the F1's are on the top of the list, with a few others, but just remember every time you do a burnout with these its throwing 20 or 30 bucks out the window, cost way too much, i would save the grand for tires and buy two sets of tires for the rears and just burn um up! hell those rims and tires package, what the hell try those tires and see how good they are, if they suck sell them, and buy some nitto's!

yeah thats what weems said too, is that the treadware sucks on the f1's and i like burnouts haha

i'm lookin at the potenza's and the pilot sport ps2 to see if they are any good, or if i can get a decent price on em. but those vredistein tires look awsome and they seem like they would be good. and they are $200 per rear tire. which aint bad at all....
